Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 103(STA)? Effective Date YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Leman, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Excused: Kelly and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 103(FIN) An Act relating to hearings before and fees for the State Commission for Human Rights; and providing for an effective date. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
